Payment offers
Customers who pay by card. The workspace is created only after they pay; an unpaid offer simply expires and frees its address.

Plans and prices
What customers can buy. A price that has been sold is never edited: setting a new amount adds a new price and switches the old one off, so existing customers keep what they were sold.
Billing is switched off, so prices are saved here but not sent to a payment provider and nothing can be bought yet.

Provider staff
Owner access is protected. Changing a staff member’s role or access signs them out and revokes their API tokens.
Operations, billing and support currently have tenant-directory read access only. Invitations send a password setup email.
